On/Off Sensor Types (No Dimming)

This model is very flexible and suits most applications. Ideal for all applications where natural light is available, typically in offices, toilets, classrooms, etc.

Occupancy Sensing is disabled when enough daylight is available and the artifical light is no longer needed( higher energy savings). This level can be adjusted between 100 and 1.000 Lux.

The delay time is also adjustable between 10 seconds and 14 minutes. Type declaration is with an "L", for example BM3/230V/5L.

 

Similar to the model above but without light level measurement and with a preset fixed delay time (default = 10 minutes, other times possible on request). Whenever the room is occupied (regardless of the amount of ambient light), the lights will be on and turned off when the room is not used.

Ideal for storage rooms, toilets and offices with little or no daylight. Also suitable for controlling air conditioning units for energy energy saving purposes (e.g. in hotels and offices). Type declaration is simply /5 and /10, e.g. BM3/230V/5 for the standalone 5m sensor. This sensor type is also the most affordable.
